In addition to the world's first customizable comfort furniture allowing the ability to offer varying levels of comfort (soft, medium and firm,) we incorporate high quality frame construction and upholstery materials, state of the art visco-elastic (popularly referred to as 'memory foam') cushioning and padding, the elimination of springs and webbing which create pressure points, and a strong warranty direct from the manufacturer -- a product that delivers a sitting experience second to none.
The Company's sole purpose is to improve and customize the experience of purchasing furniture so that you, the customer, purchases a product that makes your environment a better place, and through multiple facets of improvement we have done just that:

Outstanding Comfort through Buyer Customization
On a couch I like a soft seat cushion with a back cushion that isn't too soft, and isn't too firm - my preferance is a soft seat cushion with a medium back cushion. Are you the same? Likely not. So why should my entire furniture line be constructed with soft seat cushions and medium back cushion?
Choose any seat cushion you like: soft, medium, or firm.
Choose any back cushion you like: soft, medium, or firm.
Customize them in any way you like: soft seat cushion with firm back cushion; medium seat cushion with soft back cushion.
By allowing the customer to choose the comfort combination they find the best, we have assured outstanding comfort for every piece of furniture we sell.
Elimination of Springs
Advancement in the bedding industry is exposing a common theme: springs are not comfortable. Springs create pressure-points. They push against you. They push you in different directions. They break and create structural weaknesses. Who actually wants to sit on springs?
Our line of furniture has completely eliminated springs.
In traditional furniture, springs cover-up a chamber of air providing an uneven and unsupportive pedestal for cushions. Springs bounce. They squeek. They aren't comfortable to sit on. And eventually, springs break.
Our line of furniture has filled the chamber of air with a large block of foam. Our cushions sit on top of twelve inches of high-density foam cushioning. So instead of sitting on springs and then cushions, you are sitting on twelve inches of cushioning, and then additional cushioning.
So what do you think is more comfortable to sit on? Springs? Or foam?
One experience on a Comfort Couch and you will know the answer is foam.
Incorporation of Visco-Elastic Memory Foam
Memory foam has been made famous in the bedding industry by Tempur-Pedic. It offers a level of comfort and support that can not be matched my traditional foam - and this has been proved on a scientific level. At Comfort Couch we struggled to figure out why no one has applied it to a furniture line yet. So we did it ourselves. We proudly offer the first couches using cushioning with ultra-soothing and supportive memory foam. Once you take a seat on our cushions you will quickly understand why memory foam is a far superior product than any traditional cushioning.
Many people have also wondered why other furniture manufacturers haven't used memory foam, although they phrase the question differently: if memory foam cushions are so great shouldn't someone else have done it by now?
Lots of manufacturers have experimented with memory foam cushions; however, memory foam is really expensive.
So the answer to this question is simple: in the same industry where no manufacturer has made the effort to let the customer choose the cushioning firmness they enjoy the most, no manufacturer has decided to incorporate the scientifically-proven superior comfort of visco-elastic memory foam because its too expensive.
Traditional furniture companies worry about making as much money as possible, as easily as possible. At Comfort Couch we want to offer you the best product we can.
Superior Construction
With furniture, it is often difficult to determine how the piece was constructed. Because the furniture doesn't allow a place to visibly inspect the interor it is similar to purchasing a car without being to look under the hood. Many companies will claim to have the best construction - but ultimately they all have a very similar method of constructing their furniture: they build a frame and staple upholstery to it.
At Comfort Couch we thought that this method of construction is a lot like building a home without a foundation. The support and strength of your home comes from the foundation. From the sturdy core on which the frame sits. So while every traditional furniture manufacturer talks about the strength of their construction, they're really building couches with no foundation.
Not at Comfort Couch. We have a Patent-Pending frame construction that provides superior strength, durability, and sturdiness - backed by warranty. What we did was place a solid 1/2" sheet of plywood at the bottom of every piece of furniture we well. This is your foundation. On top of this foundation sits the same framing technique that traditional furniture manufacturers use.
So quite simply: if you want superior construction in a home - construction that will be strong, durable, and strudy - you buy a home with a solid foundation. At Comfort Couch we put the argument of superior construction to rest because we are the only company to be offering a furniture "foundation" - a solid piece of plywood spanning the entire bottom of your piece.
Timeless Styling
Style is constantly changing. Fads go in and out. What was considered "timeless" ten years ago might have found the time today that no one would want it. We don't pretend to be the ultimate guide in home decor. As a young company we will be constantly expanding our product catalog while keeping an ear to the voices that matter: the customers'.
Have a style or design of a piece of furniture you think would be a great addition to our catalog? Tell us. Since we manufacturer all of our own furniture we can quickly put your suggestions into production and add your ideas to our expanding business.
In the meantime we promise to put as much style, class, and sophistication into our furniture as possible. What that means to us is taking extra attention to details. Doing rigorous quality inspection. Delivering our products factory sealed.
Manufacturer Direct
If you have ever been inside a couple furniture stores, chances are you have been inside a furniture distributor. These companies are great in some regards: some of them have fun rides to entertain you, some of them have swanky commercials offering the lowest prices, some of them might even endorse your local baseball team. But what many people don't realize is that furniture distributors don't actually sell their own products. They don't manufacturer their own furniture lines.
They are there to make money. But they don't manufacture their own goods. There is a middleman. And that middleman is there to make money too. So while you want the best furniture at the best value, when you buy from a furniture distributor there is another party that has already increased the manufacturer's price -- the middleman.
But best pricing should not be your only concern.
When you are inside a furniture distributor, why is that couch $4500 when a very similar one right next to it is $999? Sure they have tags that explain the leathers, the frame construction, the cushions...but how can you justify a $3000+ difference between two similar couches? The salesperson might be able to help but ultimately what is their perogative? If its commission, are they going to steer you towards that $4500 piece? Do they even know the actual differences?
At a furniture distributor, there are no experts. Of course there are salespeople, but they haven't been behind the walls of every manufacturer. They can't expertly claim to know the ins and outs of every piece on the floor. And as a consumer, its impossible for you to know how to compare two piece when you can't even see the inner-structure of either piece.
So you buy the $4500 piece of furniture and a week later a leg breaks. Who handles the warranty? You assume the retail distributor does, and in most cases you are right but how well will they handle your warranty concerns? They are just middlemen in the warranty process. Will they process your claim quickly? Too bad you couldn't have purchased that piece of furniture direct from the manufacturer.
At Comfort Couch we manufacture every piece of furniture in our our factory. There is no middleman gouging our prices. We can expertly and accurately describe the differences between two pieces of furniture. We can explain in detail how every piece is constructured. We handle your warranty questions directly.
Maybe we don't offer fun rides, but with the money you save from us, you'll have plenty to spend on rides.
We invite you to see our fine line of furniture by visting our online showroom.
